My 'Free" games not showing in my Library

Anyone else have this and anyway to make them show up?

I am not wanting to download them or if I cannot remember them, would be nice if they showed up in my Library. For example Warframe,

If not installed, they will not be in your library.

Exceptions are spending ~$9+ on the in-game store for said game.

I know I've added F2P games, for example from the app while browsing the store. Then later I go to the deck or my desktop to install and try them, but can't remember the game names. What's the point of "adding to library" if it's not going to show up in the library?

Did you check the bottom left hand side of your steam in the steam library?

Not sure what you mean, I have my library list, then below that is the "+ ADD A GAME" button.

Just to test, I added a random game called "Bomb Fight Demo" and it doesn't show up in my libarary. I then went back to the store page, and searched "bomb fight" and even with the"hide items in my library" box checked, it still shows up in the search results, which seems to me to verifiy that it's not in my library.

Hmm, lots of stuff showing up in my "uncategorized" section, but not the games I've added but not yet installed, specifically the "bomb fight demo" that I added only for testing purposes. I'll just have to keep my own notes of games I add, maybe take a screenshot or something. Thanks for your help though.

I believe you have to spend money in them then they stay.

Are they actual steam games or are you just adding 3rd party games to steam..
