If you are worried it was a old pc you signed in on then you should deauthorize all other devices here: https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
And consider getting the steam app.

Thanks it was probably a maintenance thing as @wh1ppet mentioned I checked my email no messages of logins on other devices or computers so I probably got booted offline for maintenace or something.

Plus I think that the first email of ANY profile (not just steam) should have superior permission to either roll back an account after it being stolen, or freeze it.

The second one seems only to have worked once for me, and then gave me error messages after trying it again. It might work for you.
