Can't install my CD Key Civilization VI "not available for purchase in this country"

Hi..

I bought Civ. VI on 2k store with a "Special Loyalty Offer" discount
promo. But i can't activate and download the game on my steam app, with
the serial number wich i got from my 'Order Confirmation'. it said, "the following items are
not available for purchase in this country".

what should i do? i'm from Indonesia.

Get in touch with support on the 2k store where you bought it and ask for either a key that works in your region or a refund.
