Best fast-paced FPS on steam?

Looking for something a lot like CoD. But from my understanding, CoD on PC is full of hackers and it's overpriced.

He called COD "fast paced" LOL Unreal 2004 is the BEST 'fast paced FPS' on Steam, young kids who grew up playing unbalanced garbage that MOST FPS games (or games in general that have ANY PvsP, or DLC actually) have become will disagree, because they never got mopped on a game where EVERY player in matches had the EXACT same health, armor, weapons, ammo, etc. and had to run around (learning how to do it on each map to GET to the weapon/powerup spawns as they're about to respawn, all while dodging other player's shots, AND shooting them for frags), & actually do something besides CAMPING with "ringer" class, gear, & an OP AOE, or sniper rifle on a FPS game. Kids these days wouldn't get ONE frag playing against oldschool pros on an older, fair, & balanced twitch (yes that's where Twitch GOT it's name, even though MOST Twitch users use baby hacks like cheat-engine) FPS games. Having been the world's highest rated, & ranked FPS player for years until My son took that distinction away from me, makes me MORE then qualified to have this actually true opinion. Just because CoD, & other newbie "war" games are popular, doesn't mean they're "good".
