This tool allows to easily take PNG and other HQ images and convert them into icons for various OS usage. Great for those who lack the knowledge or installed tools to do it (or the time).
Then you can simply hide the blue icon that shows up for Steam next to your clock. As long as you launch Steam via shortcut w/ custom icon, that is the icon that should show up for you in your main taskbar. Then you can directly control Steam via that taskbar icon, as it will have the same right click options as the one next to your clock.
