Fanatical is a legitimate store. It gets its keys directly from the developers or publishers. Same thing with HumbleBundle, Wingamestore, GamesPlanet and GreenManGaming.

Try searching for games using https://isthereanydeal.com/ It only shows stores that operate this way.
