Lower steam level

I accidentally increased my level to 116 and want it back to 115, is there any software or hack I can use to lower my steam level?

Nope, even if you delete games to get XP back or use any other method that will lower your total XP it will just add that amount to the next level up requirement.
Once you reached a level its impossible to go down again.

I gave someone an award and it went from 115 to 116
