yeah, sounds like renting another person account. not something to be advertising on the boards as, yes, that is against the rules
either one of you can buy the game and then family share if you want. that is not against the rules
renting someone else's account is against the rules and all involved can get dinged
edit: i say dinged because i have no clue what the punishment for it is
and you should learn what family sharing is and how it works. you also cannot family share cyberpunk.

Yes, when: VAC ban applies to both accounts if the ban is applied after library being shared.
No, when: One account has the VAC ban applied before the library share.
So that means if my friend already got VAC banned and decided to "share" his library to me, and after that I am now safe playing his shared games?
