access denied 05

all my games are slowly being denied, they actually say access denied when i try to play them, and steam says its not thier problem, so how do i get it fixed?

Well, the problem is on your system. Something's denying access.

Start the executable of one of those games not starting through Steam manually. Then try another. Anyway, try a couple of those that Steam's not allowed to access and tell me the results.

Did you try going into Steam Storage Manager and repairing the library folder(s)? It may mean the files are inaccessible by Steam due to incorrect permissions.

Do that with Steam running in normal (not Administrator) mode to ensure the permissions selected are permissive for your user account. It will however require elevation when you click repair so it can get high enough permissions to ensure access to the files.
