BRO I JUST GOT THE KLIM MISTRAL TURBO COOLER BUT I WAS THINKING IF I CONNECT IT TO A USB HUB INSTEAD OF MY LAPTOP WILL IT PRODUCE EVEN MORE SPEED OF COOL AIR ,plus its capable of 4500 rpm

2. No. It uses the bog standard 5 Watt any bog standard USB port delivers. Using a USB hub that can provide more won't change the power draw.

If the cooler stand has multiple output, then want to use cable that able to handle amount amps, and deliver enough watts, and long enough to reach to an outlet using an adapter that can provide enough amp, and watts.

Often USB ports on laptops, or desktops are not good enough to push enough amps / watts as in you want to check your cooler what it rated for it amps, or watts needed.
