steam website without translation option via browser why ?
A question very many other Internet sites I can translate for it I must only top in the bar on the a (translation option) press. But on Steam is not present, you can not design it so that it also goes to translate, there are unfortunately still many game manufacturers who publish their news only in English, and I just have no bock every time to copy and paste in a translation program.

You properbly set it to never translate for that language.

You can try right-clicking on the page and select "Translate to <language>" and see if that helps.
I do not have that as on the picture of you , which browser is that ? also on my client is not present . right click goes but thank you

It's not a feature on the Steam client.
Translation detection is not foolproof. I've been on websites that are entirely in a different language than my own and the browser won't prompt, and then there will be times when in a forum like this with one title in a different language that the browser thinks the whole page needs translated.

It's nice thing to have but it's far from a perfectly working option.

Funny my Microsoft Edge doesn't do that ... at least not on Steam .

Yes unfortunately that's why the developers or Steam should solve this differently

Are you using Windows internet explorer?

There two types of Windows internet browser, there explorer, and edge. Edge is what replacing explorer. Microsoft is going to fully end all support for explorer this month as it no longer get updates.

You're asking Steam to fix Microsoft browser?

Depending on the broswer, it may detect how page goes, if it mostly in the language you're using already, it may not give that option, to fix that you just right click on text area that want to translate this is common on chrome, firefox, edge, and etc, there are addons that just automatically do it for you no matter what.

I just open a new tab and type "tr" and it's already pulling up Google Translate's URL. Google's ability to predict what I need and when I need it is sorely lacking for me. I am not as predictable as Google wants me to be. Which is fine because I've found ways that work for me.

I doubt Valve has any intention to put resources towards updating web browsers that they don't manage.

Steam does have an option on their website to change the language in firefox or what ever browser you use. It's built into steams web pages.

That not what OP asking if read it.

OP asking for auto translation for those that write in one language, to another via blog, and forums, changing the site UI language does not do that.

Yeah, that translates Steam's website into different languages. That does not translate what people write on the site. Like, it will not change my English writing here into a different language.
