Borderlands 3 season pass bundle

I get that I own some of the dlcs already, but if I don't get this season bundle, it costs twice as much if I buy individually
so I don't get why I am not able to purchase the season bundle, yes I get that I already own some of the content dlc already but if I don't get the bundle pack then I'd be paying twice as much

what gives
if you select give as gift, then it gives you the option to buy if for yourself but then it says do you agree, you click yes, but then it won't let me purchase the bundle

what gives?
