My steam name changed into a bunch of Japanesse symbols

A couple of weeks ago i deleted steam to have more space on my pc . Today i redownloaded it but i noticed my name was changed to a bunch of japanesse symbols. I also noticed that my email connected to my steam account got banned from youtube. Help me what should i do?

they were some type maybe even chinesse im not sure which were they. i dont know either japanesse nor chinesse but i kinda thought they were japanesse. Now with this i acctualy think they were chinesse

Right now i tried logging into youtube with my email, and it told me my account was suspended :(
