Bought the Same Steam > UPlay Game twice, both times its asking for key but doesnt give one

what the hell do i do guys? I've reinstalled, updated launcher, restarted steam, uplay, pc, and bought the game twice and both times i dont get a key but uplay is asking for it?

On the games page in your library, click on the gear icon and choose manage cd keys. Should show you it there.

Ubisoft no longer provides product keys.
Ubisoft also discontinued UPlay. The successor is Ubisoft Connect.

Managed CD Keys isnt there, thats the first thing i looked for.

It was Splinter Cell Blacklist incase anyone else has this issue while its on sale, really nneed a fix my friends gonna complete the game before get to join lol.

Also how were you able to buy a game twice? Fix that as well.

refunded the first copy to see if it was just a network error, bought it again.

Or you can buy the game at uplay direct. Same price. Thats the fastest solution.

Tried that, said successful twice then said page not found.

Yeah if it had a cd key it would be in the manage tab. I purchased Splinter Cell: Blacklist on Steam when it was released years ago and didn't have a problem with it although Ubisoft's online store was still U-play,. I would contact Ubisoft Connect customer support because the game is not activating correctly on their end.

yeah ty thats what i've done as i gifted it to a friend and they didnt have the issue, hopefully hear from them soon.

UBISOFT has EXTREME problems, if you buy a game accidentely in their shop and in Steam. After that, they are no longer able to start the steam game properly. You always get an error message. You need to contact UBISOFT support, to get that corrected.

I had the problem with Assassin's Creed 3 GotY edition.
