I didn't even know one can block curators. I've never did that.

Steam autohides somethings that are not within your language settings. if you go into reviews you can see like most are in english standardly but if you click on the tabs you can see that you can disable that and a cargo truck more are dumped out, I think its the same here which makes some sense in the way that steam hides them just so it wont clog up your interface with languages you may/may not be able to read but it will still register them under the game itself.

Yes, but I can disable preferred language in reviews. But I can't do it on the curator page
