Steam "special profile" section

What else qualifies as "special profile" in the steam profile edit options? I went to the points shop and I cant find anything that relates to "special profile"

Special Profile

the only way to get is buying the whole bundle?

Why no other change sections look? I mean, besides just color.

What?!... Those two also just recolors book-spines.
And i meant special "special profiles", like mentioned Steam_3000, what cut background and reshapes windows/sections look.

Yeah , I think steam should allow creators to make more special profiles like Steam3000, with custom borders for each item on the profile instead of a single strip of color. I also think special profiles are kinda expensive for just some retexture of the the stripo on the middle, and the Steam_3000 that is the more special between then is just 5000 instead of the normal 10000
