Also note you’re on the forum so you already agreed to it so it’s kinda moot
I already went through the process of trying to completely understand the Steam Client License Agreement and it was a pain in the butt. I'm not sure if I want to do that again for another agreement.
I understand that you have to accept both, but do you have to understand both?
Is this the first time you ever used software and/or accepted a EULA of any sort? You've read, considered and agreed to every one for software and services you've used? If not, what makes the Steam agreement worthy of this effort?
People generally don't read or understand them because they don't care and most of the details don't really matter in day to day life or usage. If you're just planning on buying some games and playing games, and don't really have much interest outside of that, don't have crazy demands or expectations from the service you probably won't have any issues that require a deep and detailed understanding of the user agreements.
