It was replaced by the Racing Fest, I would imagine.

Did not happen this year, as with the last year. The new pattern seems to be a yearly themed sale.

No spring cleaning this year, but we have Racing fest. Also there a badge if that what you're after.

Check post out.

They haven't done it in 2 years now.

It seems Valve isn't having events like that too much anymore. They kinda just focus on point shop stuff nowadays.

The irony of the Spring Clean events were they just cluttered users inventories with meaningless items instead. I'm still trying to offload items from 4 years ago - they get listed at the lowest rate and just when they are likely to sell, their listing expires due to time passed and they return to my inventory only to go through the process again, rinse and repeat.

You could just turn them into gems. I know it's not the most ideal thing to do, but if you have a game that just so happens to have a set of cards that sell for a decent price and the booster pack only takes 800 or so gems, then you could make a little profit from those instead.

The emotes and backgrounds from the 2018 and 2019 Spring Cleaning Event cannot be converted into gems. They can only be sold or traded. And almost no one wants to buy or trade for them.
