Does this happen to any other demanding 3D game, or just pubg?

Things you can try out.
- Windows update.

- GPU driver update.

- Ensure your system isn't over heating for some reason.

- Try doing RAM test, ensure RAM not faulty.

- Ensure your PSU isn't having problems, such as there people who build a PC, or bought a pre-built, and got a PSU that barely able to output the stable power to the hardware request when pulling flex of wattage.

There small chance that the manufacturer of your pre built PC cut corners on your PSU which why you're having this problem.

You have to open side of your PC case, you be looking for box with cables coming out of, that has a large label on it side, and read the label on your PSU, and find out the model number, this will give you info what need to know about your PSU.

If don't know your system specs, can open Steam client on top left click "help" > click on "System information" a box will appear, click in text box, and press on these keys Ctrl + A then press Ctrl + C, and paste into this discussion, and it will tell us what your system specs about.

PUBG uses a kernel-mode anti-cheat that is known to cause or be involved in BSODs. Check whether you have Windows configured to automatically restart when the kernel crashes.

I'd also suggest diablling the AV on your system as part of the trouble shooting.

It seems like it might be a thermal or memory issue though.

Fortnite is not PUBG.
Different games can and do behave in different ways.

Do you resolve this problem? Can u tell me how? I have the same problem now
Hey. I am facing the same issue. I have done stress tests to both CPU and GPU and they run fine. I have uninstalled drivers using DDU and roll back to previous versions but the problem persists. I have change PCLIe slot and same problem.

Did you fix it?
This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
