If you want to get a refund beyond that you will have to open a manual ticket about it. Support -> Click on the Game -> i have a question about this purchase.
Keep in mind that they can still say no, and if they do it's final.
EDIT: with 7.2 hours that's unlikely to happen though. They usually make exceptions if it's 1 hour above or something and you have a good reason, this though i highly doubt.
You are way above the two hours of runtime and the 14 days since purchase.

Ubisoft has the same requirements as Steam.
Fix your potato
The old achievement is from way back when i tried it, joined in picked up some items and refunded
Also keep in mind that not getting your way doesn't mean that support is trash. It simply means you didn't get your way.
So you bought the game after forgoing your license to it for a refund and you expect Valve to refund you again? This could be considered as abusing Valve's refund policy, though that might depend on how long ago you bought Dayz the first time.
Anyone can look in your profile and see when you received the achievement, August 5th of this year. If you are going to lie, at least set your profile to private.
Lol the achievement is old yes, because i refunded the game awhile back, i re-bought it recently
