Steam support sucks and deck broke
Is there any other way to contact steam support than creating a ticket? My steam deck wont startup anymore and steam support is not working. Everytime i try to read ticket it returns error, try again later. Tried all the troupleshooting on deck i can find from internet exept im not going to tear it down to remove battery or anything else because its new from the box. Was able to use it few days and bam. Was great device as long as it lasted

No, the ticket system is the only way. Just have patience till they fix whatever server has had a meltdown.

I have the same issue for a Support request for my Valve Index.
No answer for more than a day, asking me twice to do the same troubleshooting steps that I had already stated were done and now an error when I try to access the help request.

steam support is bugged i believe i cant access my reply from them, and cant even log into steam on browser, just have to wait for a fix

By now, I'm fairly sure Steam support is bots hired from Sprinklr care.
That's what I suspect anyway. All interactions I've had with support recently were completely fruitless and it definitely feels like you are talking to a thing that can't properly understand your words.

What I don't like 3-4 different people have spoke to me and keep asking what the others have, feels like they not even read the start of the ticket..the same person to reply should deal with it till its fixed ><

I have the same problem... I have a reply and get the error - An error occurred trying to handle that request. Please give us a few minutes and try again. when opening it... my Steam Deck has also gone tits up... wont charge or power up.... and tested the charger it works... Steam!!!! I Need and RMA for my 600 dollar steam deck!!!
