"Has excluded tags: Anime" WHY show it to me then?

Because at the moment the system still works that way.
Most likely the other tags of the game "Strategy" "RPG" and such are tags you usually prefer in your games. So Steam will still show you those games, even though "Anime" is also a tag.

That will change with the planned update to the filter system, not only will you be able to exclude more tags ( up to 10 instead of 3) but it will also filter out ALL games with that tag.
So no game with "Anime" in its main tags will appear, even if the other main tags are from genre you usually play.

Worst than that some games like Chrono Trigger are tagged with 'anime' so you end up hiding it.
