Avatar changed to a question mark after I changed to steam deck profile layouts

So I was changing my steam layouts to the ones you get from owning the steam deck, and it caused my avatar to glitch out and become a question mark. I have been trying to fix it for an hour.

Same problem here but I've uploaded a new one.

I think it's a side effect of the usual Tuesday maintenance, they have been appearing and disappearing for the last few hours

Generally it's over by now, how long it will take to fix what was broken varies. It's most likely not a general problem but a localized cdn issue

I've seen this happen once and a while. I believe it's a server issue and I agree with Fluxtorrent's idea that it's likely a side effect of maintenance.
