You only have a short time to get them as windows creates a temp. Good Luck.
And if you ever want to uninstall Steam delete everything in steam folder > EXCEPT USERDATA AND STEAMAPPS < never delete
My bad for assuming the vanilla uninstaller should not be used. Now I'll know and can warn other users.

And if on the same drive 10 years, could have been gone another way. Backup what you want to keep.
