Broken Steam Wallet

Hello!

I wanted to buy a game for 19.99 bucks with my Steam wallet. I have 94.01 bucks on my steam wallet, but when I tried to buy games for 5 bucks and so on it said i do not have enough and need to spend my money on the games, even though i supposedly have 94 bucks on my account. Please help, i do not want 94 bucks to go to waste.

Have you changed country recently, so the money in your steam wallet is in a different currency than your current steam store?

That is the only explanation I can think of.

Was this money by Steam cards, PayPal, etc.? If PayPal, are you in Russia?

You need to contact Steam Support.

"Help"-menu (top left of steam client) -> "Steam support" -> "Purchases" -> "I can't complete my purchase on the Steam Store"

I had a STeam giftcard redeemed. I am in the United States

same, im having same issue, not taking any of my cards but have enough to complete purchases. Waiting for a update. I think its their system screwing up.

only idea i can recommend is to remove ALL other payment methods from your account as every time i have had that issue its because its trying to use "not my wallet"
