No internet connection?

All of a sudden none of my games are updating, it just says "No Internet Connection"

Which is odd, because the store, and everything else on my computer is attached to the network just fine.

I've tried restarting steam (4 times), rebooting, changing my download location, and clearing my download cache.

Is there a current known issue? If not, what other steps can I take to fix this?

Might help if people gave a general idea of what part of the world they are in.
Eastern USA here- just had 2 download complete w/o issue (though the progress bar was not showing actual progress or time remaining- just start and finish).
Just launched a game that is using Cloud Saves w/o issue- singleplayer game with no "always online" requirement, though.Played a few minutes to generate a new save with new data, exited, Cloud sync w/o issue.

That was probs the worst idea.
You can still run games from their local files.
Just right click them, and go to `Manage -> Local Files` or go into `Properties -> Local Files`.

Except games that require Steam to verify online status like Northgard. This is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Middle of the map US here. Tried to start Halo Infinite, said it had an update but couldn't download because I had no internet connection. Restarted Steam, cleared downloaded cache, tried to verify local files but it never budges from 0%. Uninstalled and found the game won't download again because it thinks I have no internet connection. Picked a couple random non-installed games from my library and they won't download either.
