Can I use paysafecard junior in Steam

I read a lot of forums and found very different answers for my question but all that discussions were very old,so I decided to start a new one. On paysafecard official site I found only:"A junior ("under 18")
paysafecard cannot be used to purchase goods or services that are only available to persons
of 18 years or over." As Steam allow to use it since you are 13 it should be allowed to use with PSC junior. But I don't want to buy one it and then figure out that I cannot use it with Steam. Please answer only if you really know info and tried to use PSC junior recently. Thanks for reading and trying to help me.

I know there is no problem with normal one, but I'm asking about junior. Let's think I can not buy normal.
