About Russian/Belarus restrictions
I need to move in Russia for some time because of my work from Poland and I wonder - Will my steam account get all the restrictions russian gamers have now? I mean banned Bethesda games and etc. And will these restrictions be gone after I move back to Poland?

Don't change your Steam country region unless you move permanently there.
You should be fine.

Hard to say. You can encounter problems as connections from Russia/Belarus may be blocked.

Steam has only restricted payments made from Russian financial institutions in line with the mandated sanctions. If you maintain your store country and payment methods from Poland, you should be able to continue making purchases through Steam.

However, that hasn't stopped publishers and developers from going further to restrict access to their games. If a game requires online access and that publisher has decided to block all of Russia from connecting to it, then you too will be restricted. Your citizenship isn't taken into consideration just because you aren't Russian.

All in all, when I go back to Poland I shouldnt have any troubles in steam because of me being in Russia for few months?

If it's only for a few months, keep being registered as living in Poland and use a Polish means of payment.

Hope not.

You could ask Steam support about this.

I know I'm late for like a year, but still, as Belarusian, I'll say that if you have bought games in Belarus before, which are sanctioned now, even despite that, you have full access to the game and its functions, but you may have problems with microtransactions and stuff
