It used to be the website named whenisthenextsteamsale.com but it got moved to https://steamdb.info/sales/history/
Simple countdown clock based on past year's event dates and other things.
Its been wrong but never by an extreme time period.

Why do you need to know since almost everyday publishers/developers have their games on sale. Just search the store.

Example: Frontier up to 90% off.

Protip: When a game reaches its high discount rather than waiting for a Steam sale, buy it away. This saves you a bit of time.

Every Steam sale round-up is logged frequently on TrueSteamAchievements website.

Can't be above 90% off and can't be less than 10% off.

"More than 90%" Not exactly 90%.

It is not possible to discount a product by more than 90% or less than 10%.

Every day of the year around 5-10% of Steam games are on sale equaling to 3000-6000 games each day.

Steam has more sales than my local sofa warehouse. This is a problem because I have about 20 unplayed games. I search by looking at 'specials' in the store and then ranking by user review.
