I have a question. Can I install winauth into an USB and then plug that USB in to another computer to confirm? For example: I log into my account at my friend's computer. Can I plug the USB contain the winauth into my friend's computer to confirm trade or market listing? I mean will I be able to use it on a diffirent computer to confirm my account? Will there be any hold or error? Because I cannot use the mobile authenticator since I don't have a phone

You will not receive support for third party software that effectively reduces the security of your account by removing the Two-Factor in Two-Factor Authentication.
You must have a phone to initially set up Steam Mobile Authenticator anyway.

Again, you will not receive support for a third party software which effectively kills every bit of security actual two-factor authentication provides.

That software is not from Valve and not supported by Valve. Use it on your own risk and if you have questions about it, ask the actual author of the software. Let's hope it's not a version that simply steals your account.
