Don't be confused by the term "billing address". You should write your physical address.

Write your address exactly as it would be on a letter from your bank.

Is it actually you real home address? Or some random address you decided to enter in?
Too many digits in the apt number or too many digits in the zip code (you only need the first 5 for US zips)?
