Where are steam CD keys sold?
Genuine question, where exactly are the CD keys sold? Aside from purchasing them on GMG, or Humblebundle.

You're the type of person who would argue with me if I said the sky was blue just to argue and try to prove a point, i'm done talking with you. You're points are not valid and you are full of it.
Cool story, but keep lying to yourself.

Those sites hurt developers. Criminals steal credit card details, use them to buy keys, then resell the keys. Card owner reports fraudulent purchase and does a chargeback. In addition to losing money from the sale, the developers have to pay fees for the chargeback. Read about one developer whose payment processor stopped doing business with them because they got so much chargebacks. And it's largely due to these gray market sites that shouldn't even exist.
You are saying that all those sellers are bad because of reports of a few bad apples such as the seller you are referencing? If you're worried about devs getting paid better you shouldnt use steam and should use windows or epic as they take less then half of the 30 percent Steam takes for fees.
Microsoft Store puts game files in a folder that can completely break your Windows installation if you try to mess with it, and Epic Games Store lacks both gift cards and the most basic of features.

There are millions of fake goods and bad sellers on Ebay and Amazon as well, are you saying nobody should use those sites because there are bad sellers there too?
While it's true there are bad sellers and counterfeit products on eBay and Amazon, the sites themselves are based around legitimate business practices, unlike the gray market key reselling sites. I'm pretty sure most keys aren't even permitted to be resold.

I didn't like Microsoft placing files in dumb places that not easily to access, but they wanted to stop the end user from tempering with the files I believe, can't remember reasonsing it was years ago, but it something. Anyways as of recent they updated their download so if have more than one storage, can install on other storage, and give you better access to it, but for C drive it still default same spot which is dumb, think they change spot where it would download for games on C drive at the very least, or give option to do so.

Nearly none of the keys are actually permitted to be resold really, but not like they can stop them anyways. Gray market is still a business, but there issues with misinformation, and bad understanding behind them.

G2A shot themselves in AMA few times only to make themselves look bad when they lied about some of the Q&A, as well acted in repsonse to said person when actually called G2A out on their AMA. So it really didn't go too well with them for their rep, yes this was years ago.

Idea of setting up shop like Ebay to allow people to resell keys they no longer want that not used, or to make profit, but just for games only which was neat, but came with problems when comes to bad eggs known as scammers abusing the service, and that kind of where a lot of rep damage came from, during early stages of gray markets they have "protection fee" which is optional to choose to pay, or not, but by not paying you don't get service such as refund, G2A tried to improve on this issue years later by changing it to I think it was a week of free protection, but still if didn't pay, and didn't say anything, or issue happen after that time window you get no service, now of course there issue with their sub plan during their early stage it was really scummy, they try to lock you into monthly sub giving you small time window to be allowed when to unsub without having to tell your credit card to block them, again this was years ago, and only get worse for them as time went when came to doing AMA with community, and so on. Other gray markets try to save face, which why their rep is not as bad as G2A but get the point, G2A shot themselves couple of times.
