Tuesday is maintainance-day, it will likely normalize in a while.

My Steam workshop is giving me epileptic seizures. Blinking white. But i can access it via the community HUB of my games.

Try turning off "GPU accelerated web views" in the interface settings.

its turned off already, never was activated

Found out from a Valve employee it was due to the fake workshop content for "hackerone_test_app3" that made it eat up RAM. The workshop content has since been removed from Steam.
