Steamlink vs Geforce now
Can someone tell me how is this possible? Is steamlink this bad??

Geforce now is a game streaming service that barely has delay and the servers are probably not even placed in my country. (Servers are around 500km far)

Steamlink is a streaming service that uses your computer horse power to stream to another device and has a bunch of delay even though its in my own house. (Devices around 5 meters far)

What am I missing?? Any fix for this? Enabling unlimited bandwidth doesnt work, lowering quality doesnt work.

Is your PC connected to your network through wireless or wired?

With that being said, as far as I can tell, Steamlink hasn't had much updates/improvements to it since it's release in 2015, so you are dealing with 2015 software technology here, where as Geforce Now is newer and Nvidia is constantly working on it so the software, networking, and hardware are much newer technologies.
