Glinch of distorted characters in cs go

I logged in today and I saw that the characters have a glitch. I am not the only one to my brothers account has happened the same. If someone knows how to fix it or at least something it would be great. For example the arms are way far from the body, the guns are not in the position that they should be, the body of the characters seem like a painting of Picasso. Crazy things.
