Valve can't assist you with 'blackmail', but authorities can, if you get information on the individual(s) behind it, though you're lacking any and all important details.
Support can only help with Billing & Account issues, including account recovery. You can report accounts that attempt scams to Steam, and discord accounts can be reported to discord.
