If you like puzzles and don't mind the sexy stuff being windowdressing for the puzzles instead of an actual part of the gameplay, yeah, it's a good game.
Still, we need more games with a) more gameplay, than puzzles (to reach a more core gamer audience, we exist, thank you very much) and b) more cohesiveness between the gameplay and the sexy stuff. Games combining gameplay mechanics & storytelling tickle a certain part of the brain, which feels REALLY good to get tickled. So far, I can't think of a single one. TW3 at least got a very well-written scene in the brothel on Toussaint.
You do realize that if you don't like the puzzles, you don't play a puzzle game, right? I've seen games that have different genres. In fact, most genres have been tried. If your kind of game is more action then find more action genre games. There's tons of different kinds... o.O
Maybe it's a regional thing, but I just filtered my library for the "Hentai" tag, and HuniePop comes up. So yeah, it is tagged as Hentai.
That was one of the reason I just tried that filter, to get a quick overview on my own library. It came up with just 20 hits, one of which is actually a DLC...
EDIT: I've played one of these, which is the aforementioned HuniePop. Out of the others, I kind of intend to play at least two eventually -- "Monster Monpiece" and one "Sakura" game, although I don't know which one.
Granted, I'm in Germany. Steam censors out a lot of these games on its own already, so it's possible I might have ended up with more if it weren't for that.
Though I agree with you that it shouldn't have that tag.
Germany: the new US. Well, we got a crapton of populists striving after Trump. But hey, weed's legal in NY and since we're culturally following the US with a couple years of delay...
I'd suggest googling the definition but that's a bad idea.
