using different fonts on Steam?!
I saw many profile where people used some different ones font, so I decided to also make my Steam profile more beautiful. I´ve just changed the "real name" and the "summary field" at the Top of my profil. For the summary I have used "old german" fonts. for the other one just a normal "Italic kursiv" font.
One day later, in the evening, I go a moderator message,that these texts were removed. Now my question: Why did they got removed?? Also In these lines I´ve not written anything bad like Racism sh!t or anything against other people. I just translated my name in german to "schwarzer Hund" and in the summary, there also wasn´t anything that violated the guidelines.
I'm just a bit confused about it, so I wanted to ask if anyone else had this situation before. I can not really understand this

The moderator message tells you why. Read it.

It doesn't says why. That's why I was wondering.

Everything for that kind of message would be explained here:
https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/6862-8119-C23E-EA7B

For example the most likely is personal identifiable information. Look over the list and ask yourself if any of that applies to what you may have had in your profile.

This includes advertising links.

Note, if you're using "skin/trade/gambling" sites, and you've done nothing since using those sites, and are not secured by steam guard then those people that run those sites could change your profile without you knowing as you would have given them your login.

That could get a moderator to remove it if it had such an advertisement or otherwise let alone any of the rules within that page or the online conduct page.

I would suggest ensuring your api page has nothing entered - if it does, remove it. If you haven't changed your password since using the h***c*** site, to change it and if you haven't enable steam guard on your account (and again ensure no API key is on your account).

They saw something they didn't like, that's for sure. Compare to that link.

Well I don't think that it has something to do with these gambling sites since I don't used them for many years. Actually never gamble there. I also have the 2 step authentication xD
also from the list there was nothing I did.

I don't think you were moderated due to the fonts, but if that was really the cause try using copy/paste sights like lingojam for different fonts, and check if your profile violates any of steam TOS
