Trading CS GO cases from one account to another
Hello. Is it legally to transfer cases from one account to another using one computer? I heard once that you can get banned for that.

I transfer stuff between my accounts using the same PC and phone without any issues. That includes CSGO cases and skins too

You do know that there is a CS GO forum?

Why would you go there to move items to a vault account?

It is just fine. Valve allows you to have multiple accounts.

Valve recently made it so I'm unable to participate in trading, after I grind to get a case for my wife so she can buy emoticons.

you necroed a 2 year old thread for what reason?

items can have trade cooldowns that prevent that item from being traded. if you have an unlimited account, you can trade.

When did you change your profile name?

Edit: nvm...

There is a new cooldown on trading after you change your profile name. It is at least a few hours.

Every time you change your profile name, you are put on a cooldown for trading.

You can read more about this being realized by the community in this thread while you wait out the cooldown...

This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
