Just checked the Fallout 4 store page which sports a bright red 18 label.

I think PEGI is only shown in countries that use it. While Sweden does acknowledge PEGI, there is no legal requirement to use it:

Which may be why SA ST is not able to see it.

When i visit the Storepage of Fallout 4, i only see the German USK rating. No PEGI.

If it doesn’t show up , ask your parents to review the game store page to determine if it’s appropriate for you.

I assume the OP is shopping for a game that their parents are buying for him, since adults can judge games themselves.

From Sweden here, and at least for Fallout 4 it display Pegi 18 in big red label. At the right side of storepage

As does Far cry primal and Duke nukem forever.

If you can't see games on the store, you got bigger problems than the rating. What happens when you try to see a game store page?

not all Steam games have a PEGI rating they aren't required for digital content (but are encouraged and Sony insist on them being done for PS store) only when wanting to sell physical copies is it needed to have one.

So if theres a game you can't find at all on PEGI's site then that means it's a game that never got one but if it has a console version those ratings will be the same ones the PC version would have.
