Your tickets getting closed is sign of someone else controling your account. It's also them who caused this problem at hand.
With the cause clear, so is the solution: Lock that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ out of your account first and foremost.
The Steam community recommends 5 steps, done in order, to make sure that the scammer's bot is not only kicked out of your account, but also cannot get back into your account again through malware or using Backup Steam Guard Codes.
Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/ is one possible tool if you don't have one already.
Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage (scroll down to "Concerned your credentials are saved on another device?" and click the button that says "Deauthorize all other devices." DO NOT remove your Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator).
Change your Steam account password from a clean device.
Generate new Backup Steam Guard Codes https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage (scroll down to "Get Backup Steam Guard Codes" and click the button that says "Get Backup Codes").
Revoke your Steam account's Web API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey if needed (if you see a blank field after "domain name", then the scammer did not register a Steam Web API Key).
Make sure you check the API key again after finishing all the other steps in case the hijacker's bot added it again after you removed it earlier.
When I loged in today. There was nothing last night when I stopped playing
The account has not been hacked.
I have, as I mentioned, two-step-authurization through my phone number, so there is no way it can be hacked without a access code through my phone number.
I know there is no privilliges cause of purcheses, but it should be a reason that the account is legit.

Accounts are usually not banned but ony restricted in some way. If the message is different chances are your being scammed.
Anyway, if your banned account is the one you are using now it seems in good state.

This is what I have on my profile.
And yes, this is the account in question.
Steam keeps deletiong my support tickets, as I said.
So apparently there is no other way of contacting them.
I nean, I'd rather beliece thinga actually rooted inreality, but that's just me.
To put it differently, whoever told you 2FA made accounts 100% hack-proof, is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ idiot. Do yourself a favor and don't take advice from this person.
That is a scam message. Your account is compromised. The hijacker is deleting your support tickets. End of story. Do the steps provided earlier to secure your account.
This is the proof :
"We allowed you to send value skins to a friend or a storage account within 24 hours.

Hackers hijacked your account and are trying to stole your invenctory by tricking you to send it to another account. It's the same old tactic.
They would go after the really big ones.
You sadly, are not one of the big ones.
Of course not, I hear what you are saying and I agree.
Nothing has been changed on the account, thats whats even more weird.
No passwords, email, no new priviliges etc,
I've triple checked everything, and changed passwords and so on.
Everything is as its supposed to be.
The message here is a scam message though. It will only appear if your account was hijacked and compromised by someone attempting to scam you.
