Steam using 100% of my bandwith in task manager but downloading slowly

Hey so i've been trying to download some games, usually i can download at around 100Mb/s.

But right now my downloads are capped at 10 but my ethernet usage in my task manager is at 100% using 100mb/s so what is happening.

tried clearing download cache and switching server too

It looks like you just found some random persons speedtest and copy/pasted it here.

Show us a speedtest from today. That does not at all align with 100 Mbps.

Show us Steams result from today, and a SpeedTest from today.

Why would i lie on a speedtest lol ? Anyway seems that its my ISP that is running very slow since 2 days.

Problem solved

Sounds like your internet package has changed over time, either by choice, inaction, or something from the ISP itself. So, this aligns with your Steam download of 100 Mbps. Nothing unusual when your service speed has been reduced. May want to contact your ISP in regard to why you no longer have a higher service speed.

I saw on twitter i wasn't alone and heard it from some friends too. I'll contact them and see whats the matter
