It would appear despite one person mentioning inappropriate behaviour which i feel just does not cover it that mind altering images are not off the cards under these guidelines.
I only bring this up as there would have to be a reasonable expectation the uploader would even know what that is from an experience level to be able to discern whether or not a warning should be issued.
OP's post highlights a worthy topic that steam should consider adding to its guidelines.
