Dark souls but with guns?

I want it please. I mean where guns are also a main category so not bloodborne(ammo isn't scarce). I don't care if it's hard just let me have a gun, melee combos, and a 3rd person pov.

Code Vein maybe an option, but only has bayonet Rifles as far as guns go, but is a souls like game. Sword art online fatal bullet maybe another option.

Remnant is pretty much EXACTLY what you want, you really should look into upgrqding your PC as it is everything you describe in your OP, and it is a great game.
