Steam Content Servers Unreachable ... in 2022

Everytime I tried to download a game on steam in my laptop, an error named "Content Unavailable" or "Steam Content Servers Unreachable"

What I have done to try and address this issue.
- Changing the download region.
- Using another steam account and try downloading the same game.
- Clear Steam Download Cache.
- Changing my Wifi card (from MediaTek Wifi 6 MT7921 to Intel AX210NGW Wi-Fi 6E) and
updating the drivers to the latest ones.
- Using VPN
- Reinstall Steam
- Factory Resetting my laptop.

I find it super weird that when i use my spare laptop to download any game on Steam using the same internet (and different Steam accounts) it actually works.

All of them still doesn't work for me.
Is there anything else that you guys can suggest me do? Thanks.

Welp..
on you keyboard press windows key and R (to open the run command) :plane: type steam://flushconfig
It will refresh the core files of steam and return them to thier original state (It willn't affect your steam account or the game files)

change the Download Region to Vietnam it worked for me, Hope it can fix it.

"verify integrity of game files" in the properties worked for me

Tried everything else to no avail, but uninstalling and reinstalling steam worked for me.
