Can i use emoticon to review game ?

So i see someone in my friends list doing a review and he put a lot of emoticon in it.
I just wondering how i can put an emoticon to my game review

Only emoticons in some sort of pattern with no information about the game or what you think at all in the review? Example of another one of your friends, https://steamcommunity.com/id/JaredCat/recommended/552520/ . That can be reported for spam.
Using emoticons or in this case, emojis from one of your friends, https://steamcommunity.com/id/bonifasiusto/recommended/1293830/ , is fine. It has information about the game in the review.

it is ? Because i've tried it but the emoticon didnt show up. As example i want this to show up in my review . But when i type the same which is steambored (with double dot) the emoticon turn to a words instead of emoticon

there is a simple trick:

1. Write your review
   
2. Copy-paste to "info box", save
   
3. Copy-paste from here to your review and save, you will see all Steam Emoticons

Everyone knows this But I've never seen any normal review with Steam Emoticons
