How to delete chat history?

I was playing CS:GO on a guy I know's account early morning to get it ranked, didnt sleep yet. I ended up adding a friendly guy and kept talking with him, as I saw we were clearly thinking the same about many things we exchanged a bit about our private lives.

I dont want that guy to read the chat, is there a way to erase that history?

And btw before I get blamed for smurfing, until yesterday I always played with the account's owner because he popped in Silver 2 after getting back to the game. I did all the 7 games with him (it was a fresh acc with 2 wins), and I was planning to play with him in my main as soon as he gets Gold Nova 1 (his next rank because he got up to Silver Master Elite now), which is enough to duo-queue with me on this main acc im posting from (MG2).

Unless your account is shared, which in itself is a bad idea, you don't have any reason to

As already said, deleting it is not possible.
However, as far as I know, chat history lasts for 2 weeks, and is wiped after that.

They are stored for about 2 weeks.
