GRID 2 Free DLC unavailable
I've played GRID 2 and its free DLC before on my steam account through family share. I then purchased the game but I never actually played it after purchasing it and therefore never adding the free DLC to my account. The game is now no longer available on steam so I cannot add the free DLC to my account. Now when I try to play it, the game does not recognise that I have the DLC so I am unable to play it with my friends. I even have the DLC installed still from when I played it but steam says that I don't own it.
I contacted steam support and they claimed that they cannot help and that I should post this here.
Does anyone know any way around this issue?

Is the Free DLC still claimable from the GRID 2 Storepage? You need to have the license on your account in order to be able to use it. You cant family share DLC's for a Game you dont own. Either activate the free license on the Storepage, or, if it isnt available, youre SOL.

Grid 2 isnt all that so play with it as is until a sale comes up and then buy grid autosport if its still around or GRID 2019 as they are both cheap and better games.
