Broken screenshots
Me and a bunch of my friends noticed a bunch of circa 2015 GTA V shots showing up black until you click them, then it loads the actual pic.
Somehow, Steam also broke one of my non-Steam shots:

At least that guy got in contact with a functional human in the end who got it fixed. I'm rolling the dice on my end result.
EDIT:Seems he didn't, that shot he linked in the OP is messed up.

If it's a black box that covers a majority of the picture, that looks like somehow the spoilers function was triggered. It could have just been a hiccup of errors spitting that out.

Otherwise, at this point that box does not appear for me.

It was a completely different issue. They had the broken image symbol on them, not the spoiler blackout. Look at the other thread I linked. That's how it looked for the OP here.

Either it wasn't uploaded properly or there is a cache issue?

That was just 1 thread. There were more. I wasn't bothered to link them. It was for SSs from around 2014-2015. Quite a few put in tickets about the issue. Seems like an issue on Valve's end.

Huh.

That's peculiar. The only thing I can see is what is spit out on the browser, and the image is replaced by the default image.
