Sexual, borderline point shop content

I think there needs a bit more regulation on what kind of content should be brought up in the points shop, for instance;

A lot of recent content from 'pornographic' games have released 'avatars' 'profile backgrounds, mini backgrounds' etc. With some of them having rather over borderline suggestive animations from; Lapdancing/ Rubbing to the tweasing of underwear and bra's all within rather high in sexual content.

There are users in steam below age of 18.

How does Valve/Steam take precautions to prevent sexual content from being tossed either intentionally or accidently to the views of minors.

Yes; The games are behind a age lock, but the avatars/Backgrounds and your general community profile modifications are not.

I believe steam is highly conflicted. Does it want adult content on the site? Or does it want to ban adult content on the site? Cause my reports don't seem to go anywhere for skyrim, but some people randomly get banned for the same content.

yeah, I only used them to get a bunch of steam friends back a year or so ago. And I found they were the best group to find friends funny enough. I actually joined a ton of groups for that single purpose. Though to be fair, I did block quite a few people from one of the hentai groups. One person was really weird and pretty sure was a psychopath lol.

Yep, and that's why there's legal disclaimers stating that "all characters are over the age of 18" and "this is a work of fiction, any similarities to actual people, places or events is strictly coincidental." It's a CYA for the folks who don't exactly have a firm grasp on the difference between reality and fantasy, and would benefit more from seeking professional mental health counseling instead of online adult entertainment content.

The only other option would be having all female characters wearing full-body burqhas, but they'd complain about that as well (plus it's an unrealistic demand.)
